Program 2012
Global Vision_2012
Our Contribution to a Conscious World
The Celebrate Life Festival is a unique celebration of consciousness in which international speakers, teachers and artists promote the growth of an awake, sustainable global culture.
Thomas Hübl and his team organize this popular 10-day event in Germany for over a thousand festival-goers every year, while people worldwide connect online via live streaming and a video link. The Festival is a not-for-profit event. No artists or speakers receive fees. Non-profit projects worldwide are supported by all donations made during the event.
In 2012 the festival is dedicated to a global vision and will explore the central questions of humanity today. We as humans have a choice: we can go on as we are or we can apply what we know of the new consciousness to the problems facing the planet. We may understand the concept of 'global' at an intellectual level but tend not to live our connection with the whole. If we go on as we are then clearly life as we know it will soon be untenable.
Change is necessary. Change in our consciousness, and change in how we act. Our intention this summer is to use the field created at Oberlethe to enable a shift in consciousness in five key subject areas known as Pavilions: Economy, Education, Ecology, Health, and Conflict Transformation.
The Celebrate Life Festival 2012 is an opportunity for all those who wish to participate in an evolution of consciousness across the planet – please join us!

Giving Back
The Idea
Why donations and contributions to the organization are so important for such a benefit event. / By Thomas HüblThe Celebrate Life Festival is a platform of consciousness, to which many speakers, for no payment, provide excellent contributions, which inspire many of the audience to take large steps in their own growth. On the one hand participants develop and grow spiritually, and at the same time also different levels of society are influenced. With the donations social and charitable projects around the world are supported.
On this platform we are concerned with the future of society, so that seen from a larger perspective also a Giving takes place. The larger our perspective the more effective we can make a difference in the world. Seen in that light a massive mutual energy arises at such a large festival as the Celebrate Life Festival.
The radius of consciousness grows
A side product of spiritual development is that people develop a larger consciousness radius. Our spiritual praxis will not always be about us, as with time will become more and more compassionate and encompassing. We start taking care. Not as activists but from an inner need. Our radius of reality expands: initially to the immediate surroundings, then beyond these surroundings to a global and even a universal appreciation.
A healthy spiritual development includes this form of Giving Back that emerges from a natural need.
Benefit Event
The Celebrate Life Festival is non-profit orientated, but depends as a benefit event on the festivals’ contributions and donations from the festival’s participants. All artists and speakers, including Thomas Hübl contribute without remuneration, the entire festival team of approximately 70 people work 10 days long voluntarily.
