Mantras with Raimund Mauch & Alexandra Stockmeyer

Simple breathing and voice exercises connect the voice to the body. You can literally feel the inner tonal range, and the sounding fuses into a joint overall tone. This opens up the path for mantras to truly unfold their deep effect. Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, very powerful, then again very subtle.

Soon there is more than just mere singing: The head gets clear, the mind quietens down. The voices reach an oscillating plane that connects directly with your own heart and the fellow human being. From the connection within the connection to the others becomes noticeable. The senses get more alert and the mind widens. This joint journey leads to the source of strength, vitality and inner freedom.

Raimund Mauch, Ravensburg, born in 1965, musician, Tri-Energetics counsellor (Dr. Psych. Henry Marshall, Dr. Psych. Rickie Moore, NL) and occupational therapist.
Musical and human co-operation above all with Henry Marshall (Mantras) and Hagara Feinbier (Come Together Songs).

Alexandra Stockmeyer, born in 1970, journalist, alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (HPG), Shiatsu practitioner (Hara-Shiatsu Tomas Nelissen), training in Client-Centred Therapy according to C.R. Rogers (akt Mannheim), further training in Tri-Energetics.

Raimund Mauch and Alexandra Stockmeyer offer joint singing workshops and evenings in various places in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France. Their sincere, undogmatic and joyful way of being sparks off the group and transforms every event into a highlight with long-lasting effect.

Through singing we intend to create spaces of experience in which love and peace in the inner and in the outer become available for exploration. Such experiences have the effect of an undertow that effects the future and builds up a vision in which love and peace are possible. They nourish the hope, establish a healthy optimism and allow us to view the realities from other perspectives too.
