Rendezvous Economy and Consciousness

Every year the Celebrate Life Festival offers a unique platform for new models of consciousness and the opportunity to experiment with innovative approaches to human evolution within an awakened collective field. This year for the first time the Festival will include a new forum for consciousness in the fields of business, economy, organisational and working life:

  • a dedicated and hosted covered area in which visitors can find out and experience the latest leading-edge developments in consciousness in business life;
  • special events - mini-workshops, discussions and presentations by leading thinkers and activists in the field;
  • opportunities to reserve time with an on-site team member for an in-depth and entirely free introductory personal and business-oriented coaching session, or for team coaching sessions too.

Key workshop sessions:

  • the flow of leadership, as the art of facilitating the emergence of new structures and potentials through whole systems collective intelligence;
  • higher-potential in people and workplaces, supporting people in releasing their creative potential by working through individual and collective shadow areas and hidden obstacles to change;
  • organisational unfoldment, sensing where a collective or organisational field is open to a next step in its potential and how this may best be optimised;
  • we-culture workplaces, intuiting the potential for radically different kinds of work-communities and how these may become embodied in people's lives;
  • shaping the future - through conscious action in the now: moving from crisis-response towards presence and inner impulse.

Key questions:

  • In what kinds of workplaces can we fully mobilise people's intelligence, skills, wisdom and imagination?
  • How can we work together in a more responsive, collaborative, inspiring and interpersonally authentic way? What would be the consequence of this?
  • What forms of new social and economic architecture are possible? How may collective intelligence and potential for innovation be better harnessed?
  • How together can we invent the future and realise more of our evolutionary potential at work? How can we move from pressure-through-crisis to more proactive co-creation?

Keynote speakers:

  • Terry Patten - Awakening to the Heart of Evolutionary Leadership
  • Stephan Breidenbach - Social Responsibility and Innovation

Who we are:

In 2009, the Academy of Inner Science (AIS) in cooperation with the IMU (at Augsburg in Germany) initiated the "Economy and Consciousness" circle - a new cross-disciplinary research and consultancy platform for organisational and societal transformation. We are driven by a vision for new models and approaches to work where working people are:

  • drawn to serve the deeper unfolding social purpose of their workplace;
  • naturally attracted to the future - exploring new capacities and levels of perception;
  • called toward their highest evolutionary potential.

Dr. Stefan Enzler has been working for more than 15 years as coach and consultant at the imu augsburg GmbH & Co. KG. His personal concern here is developing the potentials of individuals, teams and organizations towards more aliveness, success and meaningfulness. In this he links modern coaching methods with the wisdom of the world religions and the work of Thomas Hübl.

"Any organisation has its own particular collective intelligence. It has purpose - a social or corporate purpose for instance, expressed through business activities. How much is the creative expression of each individual there in harmony with the full unfolding of the whole organisation's potential? This potential can only be reached if the organisation dedicates itself to the service of the whole - if there is awareness in everyone of the whole system in which enterprise happens. This is the basis of a new evolutionary step."

(Thomas Hübl)
