At this point we would like to say thank you to Sheila Deutinger who organized the first Celebrate Life Festival in summer 2004 near Berlin and who is jointly with Thomas Hübl the initiator of this by now legendary festival.

Until 2009 Sheila was the main organizer of the Festival and with her esprit and her work she has enabled this wonderful opportunity for encounters, for being with each other, for joy and celebration.

After six successful and constantly growing Festivals (in 2009 there were about 1,000 participants and 65 volunteers in the team) Sheila has handed the organization over to the new team in order to dedicate her time to new tasks and projects in her life.
