United Kindgom, Founder Oxford Research Group and Peace Direct
Dr. Scilla Elworthy holds a PhD in political science and is the former Director of the Oxford Research Group (ORG), which she founded in 1982 to analyze how and by whom nuclear weapons decisions are made worldwide. It is for this work that she was awarded the Niwano Peace Prize in 2003 and nominated three times for the Nobel Peace Prize.
She then founded Peace Direct, which grew out of ORG's conflict prevention work. She has been a consultant to UNESCO as well as research director for Minority Rights Group, before she managed a self-help organization in Africa. She is the author of many books and reports on defense and security issues and a gifted public lecturer in Europe, the United States, Russia, China and Japan.

Norman Blanchard is a healer and clairvoyant of particular potency who for nearly 30 year has been supporting numerous people with workshops and individual sessions on their life paths. Through his gentle heart-based energy work he offers multifaceted assistance, supporting people in becoming aware of their full potential and realizing it in their daily lives.
Norman has developed the gift to directly channel healing energies, directing them through his heart and releasing them through his hands. Norman is assisted by Roman Leitner-Shamov. Roman has been working as singer and actor since 1991 and following his training as breath therapist he learned a specific form of body work from the Hopi Indians.
Roman has been introduced by Norman into the art of "hands-on healing". In connection with his shamanic work and other healing arts he offers assistance to find a holistic and healthy access to one's own being.
Norman and Roman jointly create groups and workshops to provide a space for breaking old patterns, opening up to new possibilities and finding a greater acceptance in oneself.
