In principle it is possible to provide your own food. However, a per diem fee of € 33 per person has to be paid in any case for Hof Oberlethe, covering the cost of the workshop facilities; this includes food and the whole infrastructure of Hof Oberlethe.

For teenagers and young adults between 10 and 25 years there is a Youth Camp happening with numerous activities and a separate tent as meeting point.

All participants from 18 years onwards have to pay the organizational fee.
It consists of € 15 per day / € 100 for the whole festival.
For young adults (18 to 22 years): € 50 for the whole time.
For children and teenagers up to and including 17 years: participation is free.

We have childcare provision for children from 3 years onwards (for children ready to go to kindergarden), daily from 10:15 to 13:30 in the mornings and 18:00 to 19:00 in the afternoons, at a cost of € 6 per child and per day.
